Bathrooms, Designed & Built in Glasgow
The most personal room in the house deserves more than tiles and a trade fit. We design bathrooms as complete spaces — stone, light, water and surface — and build them with our own hands.

Our new kitchen and utility room project was designed, planned and installed in full by Jay and his incredible team.
A total redesign of our available space has provided us with much more practical room to cook, entertain…and wash-up!
High-end kitchen appliances were also sourced and installed by the team – perfect! During our total reconfiguration Jay kept us assured and calm throughout – he is a consummate professional and highly skilled tradesperson. An absolute joy to work with Jay, Amy and Team Mida. Thank you so much G and J

We are delighted with a high quality kitchen.

Every detail, from materials to colour palettes was carefully considered and the communication throughout the process was seamless. The quality of their workmanship and the overall finish is outstanding and the end result has completely transformed our Living Room and Kitchen Space.
They turned what once felt like an ordinary space into something truly special.
We’d highly recommend Interiors by Mida to anyone looking for a design service that combines creativity, precision and genuine care for their clients.
We look forward to working with Jay and his team again in the near future!

The guys always turned up on time and the work their workmanship nothing short of perfection. They also kept the place clean and tidy throughout the time they were working here which was fab!
From start to finish the full process was seamless and even after changing our mind a couple of times on the design, nothing was a problem for them.
Jay is so helpful and really professional- I will definitely be using Mida again for future projects. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done in their home!

Redefining Luxury. Crafting Lifestyles.
A bathroom should change how the day starts
Great bathrooms are engineered calm. The fall of light on a honed stone floor. Warmth underfoot before you’ve thought to want it. A shower you don’t step into so much as walk through. At Interiors by Mida we design luxury bathrooms, en-suites and wetrooms across Glasgow that work this way — spaces built around ritual, not just sanitaryware.
Every element is considered together: layout and plumbing first, then stone, brassware, joinery, lighting and surface. And because the surfaces that define a luxury bathroom — seamless microcement, polished plaster, large-format stone — are applied by our own in-house specialists, the design isn’t limited by what a subcontractor is comfortable with. If we can draw it, we can build it.

What we design and build
Master bathrooms & en-suites
Full-room design from strip-out to final polish: freestanding baths, walk-through showers, twin vanities in stone or microcement, and storage that keeps the room serene.
Wetrooms
Properly tanked, properly drained, and genuinely seamless. Microcement wetrooms are a signature of ours — one continuous waterproof surface across floor and walls, no grout lines, nowhere for time to collect.
Family bathrooms & cloakrooms
Hard-working rooms finished to the same standard as the showpieces — because guests judge a house by its smallest room, and so do we.
Steam, spa & wellness spaces
Home spa rooms, steam showers and wellness suites for clients whose recovery matters professionally — designed with ventilation, drainage and heat done right, not retrofitted.

Surfaces most bathroom companies can’t offer
Unlike most bathroom companies, we offer specialist surface finishes including microcement, polished plaster and large-format stone, all applied in-house by our experienced team. This gives us greater control over the finish, detailing and overall quality, while allowing us to create seamless, highly tailored bathroom surfaces that are both practical and visually distinctive.
How it works
A considered five-stage process: design consultation (showroom or home), concept and 3D design, a detailed written specification, a programmed installation run by our own project manager, and a finishing stage that ends when the room is right.
Design consultation
At the showroom or your home. We talk through the space, how you live, what you love and what the budget needs to achieve. You’ll leave knowing whether we’re the right fit — and so will we.
Concept & design
Layout options, 3D visuals, and a materials palette assembled around your home’s architecture. We refine together until the design is unmistakably yours.
Detailed specification
Every piece of sanitaryware, brassware, stone, surface and finish is specified and priced in writing. Tanking requirements, fittings and installation details are considered from the outset, with no hidden allowances or unexpected extras later.
Build & installation
A programmed installation run by our own project manager, with each stage properly sequenced — tanking completed and cured before stone is installed, brassware and sanitaryware fitted at the right stage, and every detail coordinated before the room moves towards completion.
Finishing & handover
The last ten per cent is where luxury lives: shadow gaps, silicon lines, plaster sheen, lighting scenes tuned in the evening. We hand over when it’s right, not when it’s Friday.
Where we work
Glasgow and surrounding areas — the West End, Bearsden, Milngavie, Newton Mearns, Giffnock, Bothwell, Thorntonhall — and Central Scotland by arrangement, with projects in Edinburgh and the Lothians handled by the same team.
FAQs
Yes — when it’s applied correctly over proper tanking, which is exactly the problem with leaving it to a general fitter. Our applicators are in-house and it’s one of our signature finishes: fully waterproof, sealed, joint-free and warm underfoot with UFH.
Very often that’s exactly what we do. Victorian plumbing, suspended timber floors and awkward soil-stack positions are familiar territory; we design around the building’s realities and protect original features while we work.
Yes. Strip-out, first-fix plumbing and electrics, tanking, tiling or microcement, stonework, joinery, decoration and lighting are all delivered under one programme with one point of contact.
We contain it. Floor and route protection, daily tidy-downs, sealed dust control and a programme you’ll have in writing — with a working bathroom maintained in the house wherever the layout allows.
