How long we keep information

We only keep personal information for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected and to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

As a general guide:

Customer, project and financial records – retained for up to 6 years after the end of our relationship with you.

Enquiries and quotations that do not proceed – retained for up to 2 years after our last contact.

Supplier and subcontractor records – retained for up to 6 years where required for business, accounting or legal purposes.

Marketing information – retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw your consent or object to receiving marketing communications.

We may retain information for longer where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted or anonymised.
